INITIAL ASSESSMENT AND DIAGNOSIS
£60 - duration up to 1 hour
I will take a detailed history of your complaint and conduct a physical examination. After which I should be in a position to explain your condition to you and propose a treatment plan aimed at achieving the functional goals we set together.
TREATMENT & THERAPY
£40 - duration up to 30 minutes
Follow on treatments after an initial assessment and diagnosis has been conducted.
Cancellation policy
We understand that sometimes in life things crop up, and you may need to cancel or rearrange your appointment. On these occasions we request that you give a minimum of 24 hours notice, cancellations outside of this time period will be charged at 50% of the appointment fee.

Payment Policy Information
To schedule an initial appointment with us; a 50% deposit is payable at the time of booking. The deposit will be taken as part payment of the initial consultation with the remainder payable at the time of the appointment. Deposits are refundable if appointments are cancelled with a minimum of 24 hours notice.
For all other appointment types we ask for payment at the time of each session and accept payment by debit/credit card or cash. Should you need to cancel an appointment please give a minimum of 24 hours notice to avoid being charged for the missed appointment. Non-attendance of an appointment will result in being invoiced for the full consultation or treatment fee.
Private Health Insurance
We are recognised by most private health insurance companies, and you may be able to claim for all, or part of your care with us. If you are looking to use your private health insurance to fund your treatment, please book the relevant insurer listed on our online boking system. If your insurer is not listed please add a note to your booking with the insurer name.
Your membership number and a treatment authorisation code are required in order to commence direct billing to the insurer so please have these ready when you come to see us. (Some insurers may need a referral from your GP before they issue an authorisation code).
Depending on your policy you may have an excess to pay, in the event that any disputes or discrepancies arise with the insurance company we ask that you settle your account with us and follow this up directly with the insurer.
